Justin Strait is the Founder and Managing Director of Twofold Management, LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business focused on administrative management, strategic operations, and business support services. With more than two decades of combined military, federal, and private-sector leadership experience, Justin brings a disciplined, mission-oriented approach to organizational management, operational planning, and long-term business development.
A retired federal IT Manager and U.S. Air Force veteran, Justin has led complex technology and operational initiatives supporting government and enterprise environments. His background includes leadership in information technology management, program coordination, strategic planning, compliance, and organizational operations. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for integrity, accountability, and practical problem-solving under pressure.
Through Twofold Management, LLC, Justin oversees administrative and management services that support his portfolio of business ventures, including financial investment operations, agricultural development initiatives, and future service-based divisions. His business philosophy centers on sustainable growth, operational efficiency, disciplined financial management, and service-driven leadership.
Justin is also the founder of J.M. Farms LLC and its apiary division, Desert Farms Apiary, a veteran-led agricultural venture focused on small-scale honey production, sustainable beekeeping practices, and direct-to-consumer farm products in the Pacific Northwest.
